Fairness & Friends and Reaktor are seeking a pilot organization to join our Salary Development Project. If you fit the description below, we’d love to collaborate with you!
We are looking for a company that:
- Has a mix of blue-collar and white-collar roles
- Operates under at least two collective agreements, or has diverse remuneration practices (e.g., due to acquisitions)
- May have advanced systems and structures, but is unsure whether it’s fully “ready” for the Pay Transparency Directive
- Has identified development needs in its base salary structures and/or operating methods
Benefits for the Pilot Organization:
- Access to an expert working group specializing in remuneration, AI, and design to solve pressing pay-related questions
- A thorough analysis of your current remuneration situation and “readiness for the Directive”
- Testing of our upcoming tool with corresponding salary analysis
- A remuneration development plan as part of the pilot work
What is it about?
During the past winter, F&F and Reaktor have worked together and built a new kind of tool designed to simplify salary data management. With the Pay Transparency Directive making high-quality salary data more crucial than ever, this tool helps organizations produce detailed, accurate, and actionable salary insights.
High quality salary data is key in many areas of business. One of the most visible moments for employees is during annual salary increase rounds, where clear and accurate data plays a significant role. However, there are also numerous other situations and processes throughout the year where the quality of salary data plays an important role in decision-making. We also know that well-functioning salary systems and smart structures form the foundation for reliable, up-to-date data.
Our new tool simplifies salary analyses by consolidating various structures that determine base salaries into one unified database. By bringing these structures into a comparable format, the tool makes it easier for organizations to access and analyze salary data and support smarter decision-making.
We have now reached the point in our Proof of Concept development work that we are looking for a pilot organization with which to test our tool and the observations we have made so far. Ideal types of organizations, for example, 1) that have multiple collective agreements, or 2) with many different local agreements, or 3) that are managing multiple salary systems gained through, for example, mergers and acquisitions.
